Service Description

This service allows you to ship in your own hair to be made into a custom wig. All wigs are machine made with mesh dome caps. You are required to ship in a minimum of 3 bundles and a 4x4/5x5/6x6 closure. We do NOT provide hair for this service. Hair sent in must be human hair, clean, free of debris/thread. Used/beauty supply lace is NOT accepted.

Shipping Instructions:

A shipping label will be provided within 24hrs of your purchase via email. Please ship your hair to the shipping address provided within 1-3 business days of receiving your label. Failure to ship your hair in within the timeframe specified will result in immediate cancelation.

5. you will receive an email to confirm that your hair has arrived.

Processing Time

The turnaround time for this service is 7-10 business days, Excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time starts the day AFTER your hair is received.
